Australian Domestic Shipping
We use a local printing hub, based in Melbourne, please allow 7-14 business days to deliver, as outside factors could delay your delivery. Your prints will arrive rolled in a protective cardboard tube.
International Shipping
We use worldwide printing hubs to print on demand once an order is placed, and the closest printing hub will print and ship your order, helping to keep delivery time & costs down, so you can get your prints quicker and safer. However, times will vary due to outside shipping factors beyond our control

When your prints arrive
Please carefully slide your prints out of the delivery tube, and unroll them onto flat even surface, allow a few days for the prints to naturally flatten out before mounting to your frames. This will help limit the chance of creasing the paper.
Returns
Damaged Prints
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to hello@steveorr.com.au We will issue a replacement once the damage has been verified.
Change of mind
As our prints are internationally made to order, we do not accept returns or offer a refund if you change of mind.
