What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I Change My Order?

Once your order has been placed, the fulfilment will automatically start at one of our printing hubs, and we cannot make changes. That said, we usually have up to 12-24 hours to correct mistakes and make adjustments.

Do you ship to P.O. Box’s?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, we only ship to physical addresses.

My Order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has delayed, please be patient as outside shipping factors could be delaying orders.

If your order has not arrived, but shipping tracking says it was delivered, or there were other delivery issues, please contact us at hello@steveorr.com.au and we will launch an investigation on your behalf.

If your shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout, we may be able to resend your order at a cost to you.

Can I order a custom size print, or have my print framed?

If you happen to require a custom sized print, a different paper stock, such as Matte, or are in Australia and would like custom framed prints delivered directly to you, please contact us via the Contact Page and we will do our best to help.

Bulk Buying Prints?

Are you a real estate agency, interior stylists or furniture/decor rental agency? We can offer a bulk buying discount for large scale orders. Please contact us via the Contact Page for more information.
